What documents do I need?
Usually the registration certificate (RC), a valid insurance policy, your ID and address proof, the service record and all keys. If the car is on a loan, the lender’s papers. We tell you exactly what is needed for your car.
Can I sell a car that still has a loan on it?
Often yes. Tell us when you book the valuation and we explain how the loan is closed as part of the sale.
Can I exchange my car for a new Kia?
Yes. The value of your car is adjusted against the new or pre-owned Kia you buy.
